So...Who is that Guy?
Guy is a Wiltshire-based amateur tenor (& baritone!) who is available as an operatic principal and for recital and concert work covering different styles and genres from show music to Lieder.
A keen supporter of the arts in Wiltshire and the surrounding areas, as well as playing 'cello with (and managing) the Wessex Concert Orchestra, he is currently singing with the internationally-acclaimed Wessex Male Choir, White Horse Touring Opera, and Bristol Opera. Last season he sang with White Horse Opera, Kennet Opera and Opera Piccola. Guy is chairman of the Swindon Recital Series and is a member of the Royal Air Force Choir.

28 November 2009 - Wessex Concert Orchestra autumn concert at St Joseph's College, Swindon. Featuring the fabulous Lithuanian violinist, Diana Galvydyte. The programme includes John William's music from Schindler's List and the theme from Ladies in Lavender by Nigel Hess. The Star Wars Suite and excerpts from Prokofiev's Romeo & Juliet add the thrills, and Verdi's Force of Destiny overture completes the programme. See WCO website for details. |

9 December 2009 - Fabulous Welsh soprano Elin Manahan Thomas heads the bill along with the Wessex Male Choir in this year's PDS Carol Concert in Central Hall, Westminster with celebrity hosts and readers Jane Hill, Richard Briers, Bill Neely & Phyllida Law in the presence of HRH The Duchess of Gloucester GCVO. 11 December 2009 - The Wessex Male Choir's Annual Christmas concert in Swindon with Pegasus Brass and the Janice Thompson Singers. Details tbc.
16 December 2009 - White Horse Opera's Christmas Concert at St John's Church, Devizes. Details to be confirmed.
18 December 2009 - A Wessex Male Choir Christmas Concert in the Bingham Hall, Cirencester with Cirencester Town Band. (Event and details to be confirmed.)
16 January 2010 - Appearing as Fenton in a White Horse Touring Opera production of Otto Nicolai's The Merry Wives of Windsor at Holt. Details here.
30 January 2010 - The Wessex Male Choir performing in the Mayor's Concert at the Wyvern Theatre, Swindon. Details to be confirmed.
27 March 2010 - The Wessex Concert Orchestra will be presenting their Spring Concert at the Corn Exchange, Devizes from 7.30pm. Full details will appear on the WCO website.
5 - 8 May 2010 - Appearing as Nadir in Bizet's Pearlfishers for Bristol Opera at the Olympus Theatre, Bristol. Details will appear on the Bristol Opera website here.
15 May 2010 - The Royal Air Force Choir will be performing in a concert at Hook, Hampshire. Details still to be confirmed.
19 June 2010 - Following the hugely successful sell-out recital in 2009, there will be another Charity Concert in aid of children's music charity, FreyaBeya, in the Viscountess Barrington Memorial Hall, Shrivenham. With Paul Turner (Piano), Vikki Champion (Soprano), Richard Fisher (Baritone) and Sian Edwards (Harp). Details to be confirmed.
